Country 20: Bhutan
Woohoo! My 20th country! A very exciting moment.
I'm not going to lie, there have been a few days where I've been quite demotivated, a little burnt out, or lazy. Hence why I skip a day here and there, because I just can't be bothered. But I'm proud of myself for sticking with this project! It's definitely been fun so far, and I like that it's keeping me busy. By far the trickiest part of it is the blog, as it feels so much more time consuming than the actual cooking itself.
